Gerard Burke opened Gerard "The Hot Dog Guy" catering service in April, 2011, with a vision of creating a unique Hot Dog catering business with a Hot Dog Cart.

Gerard's inspiration started as a goal to provide fresh Hot Dog Cart items to Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Corporate Events, etc.

However, he was surprised when he was asked to provide his services for a late night meal at a Wedding. He found this odd, but agreed. To his surprise, his services were greeted with smiles, compliments and intrigue. He was contacted by a few other wedding parties that same year. So, he decided to focus on Late Night Wedding meals. We do lots of other events as well.
